In these cases, our post-development engineering tasks are focused on keeping the environment up to date.

Our service includes the following:

  • Updating system dependencies (e.g. Simple Pay, Szamlazz.hu)

  • Uptime monitoring

  • Monitoring and analysis of error reports received via the Provider’s monitoring system

  • Tracking changes by third-party service providers

  • Legal compliance monitoring (based on changes introduced by legislators and known to or reported to the Provider)

  • 1 weekly maintenance window per week

  • 1 major maintenance window per month

  • A test environment that matches the production environment in all parameters

  • A staging environment that matches the production environment in all parameters

  • Uptime monitoring and error logging via external services (e.g. Bugsnag)

  • Availability on official business days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

  • Maintenance tasks performed during nights or weekends at predefined times

Development Support Agreement Option

We primarily recommend this service for partners who have envisioned an excellent system but whose dynamic services require more than just keeping the environment up to date after the initial development phase.

In these cases, ongoing engineering work must also include continuous innovation — whether in functionality, user experience (UX), or user interface (UI) design.

This service includes:

  • Access to version updates and new releases issued during the validity of the software license

  • Delivery of updates related to the purchased version of the software developed by the vendor (i.e. updates that improve or enhance the existing version and future releases without altering the software’s core properties or functions)

  • Custom development on top of the existing product

  • A test environment identical in configuration to the production system

  • Availability during official business days, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Naturally, we are also open to fulfilling additional custom requirements based on individual agreements.
